Custom Architectural Walking Tour

Don't be scared by the $1000 price-tag! That's just to frighten off vagrants and hobos! Since this is custom and there's nothing like this out there in corporate-land, honeybunnies, I'll work with you to come up with a price based on the distance I have to travel, the size of the group, and the complexity of the tour you'd like! Likely it'll be in the hundreds, not the thousands! AND, if the group is for young(ish) people -- say age 25 and under -- I'll drastically reduce my fee, as I really want to get the next generation interested in our built heritage! So, what is it? Well, it's a drag queen that comes to your office (or factory or car dealership or whatever) and takes your employees out on a silly, sassy, sometimes educational architectural walking tour! I'll be in a weather-appropriate, but still colourful, 1950s - 1980s look, and I'll be ready with a tour that highlights what is interesting and what is audacious around your place. When possible, I'll have large cards to pass around with architect's photos, or lost buildings, or secret things only ol' Irms knows about! Again, and I can't stress this enough, baby bums: we'll have to work out details well in advance, of course: where would you like to start/end the tour, since some locations just won't have enough architecture in close proximity to create something special (sniff, sniff); how many people you'd like to 'gift' with ol' Irma's wit and wisdom; and how long you'd like us to be out. Then, once I have all of those details, I can quote on a price -- but I promise it'll be reasonable, since my raison d'être is to take the eggheads out of architecture and make it fun!
